About me
I am Rawina Benoit, an expert in production optimisation through human leadership. With 15 years of experience in supply chain and production responsibility, most recently as a plant manager at Henkel, I now offer my expertise to your organisation.
I work closely with you and your teams to create an effective organisation and develop the skills of your people. My goal is to make your factory(s) more effective and sustainable for the future, fostering future growth and success.
After studying mechanical engineering and completing a doctorate at RWTH Aachen University, I worked at Henkel for 10 years and previously as a management consultant in production management. My achievements have been recognised as Top 40 under 40 (CAPITAL magazine) and thought leader (Handelsblatt).

What I do
- Assessment of the maturity level of your organisation (skills, processes, culture) in production using a digital tool
- Assessment dimensions: Digitalisation, leadership, communication, transformation skills, problem-solving skills (extension possible by arrangement)
- Assessment in various forms possible (digital or on-site)
- Review of the current organisational structure, identification of the need for action and definition of the future organisation
- Support for the personal development (coaching & sparring) of your top executives in the supply chain (especially the plant management team)
- Establishment of a mentoring programme for the targeted promotion of diversity and inclusion in your supply chain and production organisation
- Development of a production-orientated culture map and an implementation plan
- Development of a skills matrix / qualification matrix for your organisation from shop floor to plant management team
- Development of learning paths based on the identified maturity level and strategic goals
- Establishment of training material (app-based possible) and support in setting up a learning academy
